Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and verification with an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. Delivery cannot be altered at any time. If you have made a mistake with your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible as we cannot change addresses after the order has shipped. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address and will not issue refunds under this circumstance. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages. Any claims must be made between the buyer and carrier. All items will be sent with a tracking number.

*Please be aware of customs, duty fees, and taxes the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of the US. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
